How to effectively reduce high blood pressure?
Please how can I effectively reduce high blood pressure within the next couple of weeks. My current BP is 140/90 and need to get it within the normal range in the next 5 weeks. I have started exercising vigourously( tae bo in the morning, brisk walking in the evening), eating right, started HCTZ medication.
What else can I do to bring it down fast?
Don’t smoke
try relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga
Get a dog <-- said to lower peoples blood pressure by just petting them! Plus good exercise buddies
cut out salt
Oatmeal for breakfast
Don't drink, except for the occasional glass of wine
